
Woodgrove Shopping Centre is Melton’s biggest shopping Centre owned and managed by QIC Global Real Estate. QIC which stands for Queensland Investment Corporation is owned by the Queensland Government which was founded on 1 July 1991. In September 2008, QIC was converted from a statutory Government owned corporation to a Government owned company and was renamed QIC Limited (QIC). QIC Global Real Estate is a specialist arm of QIC.
Woodgrove shopping Centre has over 150 speciality stores and includes big names like BIG W, K Mart, Coles, Aldi, Woolworth, Harris Scarfe and Rebel.
In 1997 QICGRE purchased the independently owned Melton Regional Shopping Centre and redeveloped it in 1998 and 2013. In 2013, QIC spent around $150 Million for expanding the centre. The building was extended west up to Barries Rd will integrating with the existing centre and the parking was increased from 900 to 2500.
In 2015, QIC GRE bought neighbouring Coburns Central for $26 million.

How to reach there?
From Western Freeway take High Street or Coburns Road exists and follow the signs.
Bus routes 453, 455, 456, 457, 458 and 459 services the centre.
The centre has 2500 free parking spaces
Medicare and Centre link offices are located opposite Nando’s off Barries Road.
